The AE DRY autoclaves are intended for the sterilization of a wide range of solid materials such as unwrapped and wrapped items, small porous objects and hollow ware type B (slightly deep and broad cavities), glass, plastic, metallic objects and waste bags. The drying feature and the automatic water control level reduce operator time dedicated to the autoclave leading to facilitate the sterilization procedures in the general laboratory.
Automatic Autoclaves with Fractioned Vacuum

- It includes inlet in chamber for an external validation probe.
- Immediate production of steam through the built-in steam generator.
- Touch Screen color display for an easy programming and parameters selection for sterilization process.
- Parameters setting: Sterilization temperature, Sterilization time, Drying time and number of pre-vacuum.
- Pure water for sterilization can be added manually into the water reservoir. Automatic filling (optional) is also available by connecting the device to a distilled water network.
- External or integrated printer (optional).
- Test Cycles: Vacuum Test, Bowie & Dick Test / Helix Test.

- The required dispensing dose is selected with an external control and a foot pedal is pressed for integrated peristaltic pump activation (max speed 270 rpm).
- Pure water for sterilization can be added manually between the cuvette and the main chamber until level detector is activated.
- Automatic filling is available by connecting the device to pure mains water.
